Maxi PC Suit doesn't see that md808 is connected to PC

     I have down loaded the Maxi PC Suit into two PC I have connected the MD808 with the USB cord and removed the micro SD card putting it in the laptop. All the Maxi PC Suit says is Failed to find device
    When I connect the MD808 to the 2014 Focus and select scan that works just fine but when I select Service it will not connect with the car.

     I had this problem, you have to remove the memory card and put it in a reader and then connect it to the computer, then the Maxi software will see the card and you can upgrade the software directly to the card, it will not recognize the MD808, only the card removed from the unit.
